Potato Soup




2 medium sized potatoes
1/2 cup whole milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Instant potato flakes
Salt and pepper


Directions

1. Peel and cube potatoes.
2. Boil in plenty of water until soft.
3. Add milk, butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
4. Add enough potato flakes to get it JUST UNDER
the consistency you want. (It will thicken a little).
5. Simmer 10 minutes.
